    I was using another product but to to their excessive cost I stopped and tried Keleek . This works — if you use it right.

    I’ve been using this toothpaste for inflammation and sensitivity, and it absolutely works — but you have to prep your mouth.

    ✅ First, brush thoroughly with your regular toothpaste

    ✅ Floss — and I recommend using a thin interdental brush (the kind that goes under the gumline)

    ✅ Gently scrape at an angle any visible plaque if you can

    ✅ THEN apply this toothpaste and brush with it using that gum toothbrush too. (interdental brush.)

    🚫 Don’t rinse — just rinse your tongue only if needed. Spit & leave it. It’s the same thing dentist say to do w/regular toothpaste.

    This lets the active ingredients actually absorb and do their job.

    I had receding gumline due to braces since i was young. I was absolutely amazed the very first time I used it! I was able to brush my teeth in comfort and no longer dreaded it. I could not believe the difference it made. All of the discomfort was completely gone. It has even helped my teeth sensitivity in general on the day-to-day. I still cannot believe the difference it has made. It is absolutely worth it.I definitely recommend giving this a try. I could not be more happy with a product and the difference it has already made.
    As far as the taste it has a nice refreshing taste that feels clean but isn't overpowering.
    Honestly though with the way it makes my mouth feel in general, it could taste like dirt and I would not complain. It has made such a difference!
